Terms & Conditions for BAYE ApS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and contracts made with BAYE ApS. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Pricing and Payment

Currencies: All prices are indicated in DKK and include applicable VAT (moms) unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Stripe.
Charging: Payment will be debited from your account once the order is shipped or service delivery begins.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days.
Delays: BAYE ApS is not liable for delays caused by external shipping couriers.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

14-Day Window: As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.
Notification: You must notify us at info@bayehygge.com within 14 days if you wish to return an item.
Return Costs: You must cover the return shipping costs yourself unless agreed otherwise.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods.

Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal

All BAYE ApS subscriptions are continuous and renew automatically on a monthly basis. Unless a cancellation is submitted in accordance with this policy, your subscription will continue to renew, and your designated payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation Notice Period from Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the following month.

Example: If you submit your cancellation on June 10, the cancellation will take effect on July 31. You will have full access to your subscription services until July 31, and no further charges will occur after this date.

How to Submit a Cancellation of Subscription

To ensure your cancellation is properly tracked and processed, all requests must be submitted in writing. You can do this by:

Logging into your user dashboard and navigating to the BAYE ApS Account Portal (Note: Ensure you access the specific provider portal associated with your BAYE ApS services).
Sending an official request via email to info@bayehygge.com.

Please note that cancellations requested via social media will not be accepted. Cancellations over the phone are only valid when you have received a confirmation email from us.

Refunds from Cancellation of Subscription

Because cancellations take effect at the end of the following month, all fees paid prior to the cancellation date are final and non-refundable. You will continue to receive the benefits and services of your subscription for the remainder of the active billing periods.

Confirmation of Cancellation of Subscription

Upon submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the exact date your access will end and confirming the final scheduled payment.

Warranty and Complaints

2-Year Warranty: In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 24-month warranty on physical products.
Defects: If the product is defective, you can get it repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a reduction in price, depending on the situation.
Notification: You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect (within 2 months is always considered timely).

Limitation of Liability

BAYE ApS is not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, price changes, or sold-out items.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
