What Data We Collect and Why

• Contact Form/E-mail: We collect your name, e-mail, and message. The purpose is to enable BAYE ApS to respond to your inquiry.

• Newsletter (if applicable): We collect your name and e-mail if you have given your explicit consent to receive marketing materials.

• Website Visits: We collect anonymized data via cookies (e.g., IP address and user behavior) to improve the website experience.

Storage and Deletion

• Bookkeeping Records: Stored for 5 years from the end of the current financial year to comply with local bookkeeping laws.

• Contact Form Inquiries: Deleted no later than 6 months after the dialogue has ended.

• Newsletter: Your data is deleted immediately if you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
