The Story Behind Espresso Nicaragua Eco
Nestled in the Madriz region, known as the heart of Nicaragua's coffee production, our beans thrive in optimal growing conditions. The region's high altitude, combined with its breathtaking mountain ranges and essential waterways like the Tapacalí, Inalí, Yarí, Estelí, and Segovía rivers, creates the ideal environment for cultivating high-quality coffee.

Founded in 2001, the Procafe cooperative is based in the town of San Juan del Río Coco in Madriz. With a dedicated group of 70 female and 124 male owner-farmers, this cooperative aims to improve market access and ensure fair prices for small-scale coffee producers in the international market.
